Why not post your favourite book?
Okay, so the best use of this space is for you, the students of Sheridan Park, to post your favourite books that you've read recently. I have just completed reading Eric Walters, Voyageur. I have to admit, it is a good book to read. I think my students liked it too, but of course they may not admit that!

The book I most recently read was Twilight. I really enjoyed reading this book because it was a love storey about Isabella Swan, and Edward Cullen. Bella hears rumours passing through the school about Edward being a vampire. To her own suspicion she confronts Edward about her belief. Edward is a vampire. Through out the book she runs into trouble such as getting hit by a car and running into drunken guys. It's because I liked this book so much that I am continuing the series.

I liked the book The Little House In The Big Woods. This story is about a girl and her family who lives in the big woods.The girl's dad hunts for food and her mom cooks the meat that the dad hunts for.Iread this book because it is a awsome book!

i read the book called bone out from boneville and the charaters are fone bone,smiley,phoney,and torn.Torn is so pretty and so intellagent and when she is in the book she made the book more interesting and so cool.i think that she is probley in every story and she is really pretty in the story when bone is lost and and he found torn and then they went off together and tryed to find phoney and smiley but first bone found phoney and then phoney found smileyand then they found bone and the book was great.
I have read all of the BONE books so far.i like it because it has lots of adventers and its really funny.It has crazey things and people.i enjoyed the book i think you would to.There are difrent bone books like 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8.there are lots of them :)
The book I read was Dear Dumb Diary:Never Do Anything.Ilike this book because It is about Jaimie Kelly fundrising.She tries to make her better than a girl named Angeline.The best part of this book is that it is hilarious!!!!!

i liked the book the tale of desperaux. i liked the part were they left the girl in the dungane that is my fav part of the story. i think that book is the best book ever.

The book I recently read was the Dear Dumb Diary colection.I actually read the first book.I liked it because a girl named Jamie had an enemy named Angeline and when Jamie's neighbour was doing laundry of underpants and they fell all over Jamie's lawn and when Angeline was doing a fundraiser and her fundraiser walked right passed her house when she was picking them up.

The book I most recently read was INKSPELL. I really enjoyed reading this book because it's a very good book and it was a book about a young girl named Meggie who wants to go in the book but now she wants to go out.She wanted to help a boy named Farid, but then she heard that her dad was just stabbed.He is still alive but he was brought to a place for an exicution.I'm am not finished but it's great!
The book i recently read was Abby Hayes Amazing Days and it's a very fuuny book,it was about soccer and her being mature and what most 10-13 year olds do. I love it !!!!

The book i most recently read was INKHEART. I really enjoyed reading this book because it was a good story, and is about a family of two named Mo,and Meggie.One night Mo read this book aloude but characters came out but people go in. Now Mo is explaining to Meggie what happened to her Mother.I like this book alot!

The book I most recently read was SpiderWick Chronicals.I really enjoyed reading this book because it is a adventrous story about 3 siblings named Simon,Mallory,Jared they come the most challenging problems. It is a very mature story and Is good for all ages.

The book I recently read was called The Magic Faraway Tree, It was about these 2 children, Joe, Beth and Franny. They just moved near by this wood but it was no normal wood.One day the children went into the wood and saw this huge tree,they climbed up, it was the most tallest tree they have ever seen.Infact,there were tiny windows with little faries and pixies inside. they got to the very top, and saw a huge cloud at the top, so they went into the very last door and inside was a little man with a moon shaped head, and he explained that the cloud took you to diffrent worlds.

I love the books called Charlie Bone. They are so interesting and when ever you finish a chapter, you want to read more. The first book is about a child named Charlie and his Great Aunts come for a visit because they wanted to see if he is gifted with a special talent but Charlie doesn't know that. When they came over, they found out Charlie have a special talent by listening into pictures.(Later on his talent gets better)Now he has to go to this endowment school called Bloors Academy. What creeps in there has some troubles for Charlie and.... I can't tell you anymore, you have to read it!!! IT'S FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!
