The Sheridan Park Library has seen a few changes over the course of the previous few weeks. The BIG change was the implementation of Destiny. This is a great resource for all students and teachers here at SP. There is still a steep learning curve ahead but slowly and surely, we will all be used to this wonderful system. Our Library also has some new furniture. Thanks to the SP Parent Council for the lovely chairs. They are used daily by our students and enjoyed by all. Finally, we continue to purchase books here at SP. New titles are being processed such as the latest 39 Clues book.<br /><br />Our Library will be undergoing major renovations over the summer. And so, I will be asking for all Library materials to be returned by June 1, 2009. At this point, Library materials will no longer be available for circulation. Just wanting to let the Sheridan Park community know that our Library system will be undergoing renovations. Specifically, the check out system is being overhauled and with this will come many neat changes. For one, students will be able to access our book database from home. Another neat change is in the userface of the site.
